About

I am a Northern girl, originally from Newcastle upon Tyne but have lived in Berkshire since 1986. I  have had many roles in my life: a wife, daughter, sister, cousin, Aunty & Great-Aunty,  and a mother in my heart to spiritual children and adored animals, which is some solace for the biological children I was unable to have. I currently have a busy job in the NHS, a far-flung family and some lovely friends, but am always open to making new ones. Music and books, good food, the sea, country landscapes, flowers and nurturing a sense of humour (in myself and others) all delight me. On a spiritual journey which I know lasts a lifetime … for me there can be no point to life if there is nothing beyond this one! Everything good in my life is a gift from God.
